1.Can I use my iPad with RadioVision?
Yes! Although you cannot acquire radiographs or control the acquisition of radiographs from your iPad, you can use your iPad to access your database from anywhere you have an internet connection.
2.Will RadioVision share data on a computer network?
Yes. With a single click of a button you select a computer to act as the server, and all client computers will auto-configure.
2. I have operatories where I would like to take x-rays. Do I need to buy a license for
each station?
Yes. Each simultaneous client connection requires a license. These licenses are not tied to a particular client, but limit the maximum number of connections to the server.
3. Is RadioVision compatible with Mavericks (OS 10.9)?
Yes, RadioVision is compatible with Lion (OS 10.7) and higher.
3. Is RadioVision integrated with my practice management software?
RadioVision bridges to MacPractice, Dental Office Manager, Viive and EndoTrak allowing you to transfer patient information with a click of a button.
4. Will RadioVision work with my existing x-ray tube?
The RadioVision system will work with any digital rated x-ray source, although you will need to adjust your settings, because digital radiography requires much less radiation than conventional film.
5. What is the minimum hardware requirements to run RadioVision?
Intel processor running 1.8 GHz or higher with 2 GB RAM and 20 GB available hard drive.
6. What is the minimum software requirements to run RadioVision?
Lion (OS 10.7).
7. What sensors can I use with RadioVision?
Currently, you can use SuniRay, Dr Suni Plus, Planmeca, QuickRay and EVA.
8. What size sensors are available?
Sensor size #1 and #2 are similar to traditional films. Sensor size #0 is available with Dr Suni Plus

10.Where does the name “Haas Software” come from, and what’s with the Haas flower logo?
